A newborn baby was said to have been abandoned inside a carton at a dumpster at Rumuosi junction on Sunday.
Theportcitynews gathered that the abandoned male newborn was discovered lifeless.
It could not be ascertained whether the baby was already dead before being abandoned inside the carton.
The dead baby was discovered by passersby who reported the ugly incident to the police who subsequently evacuated the body.
As at the time of filing this report, the police said they are investigating the incident so as to unravel the mystery behind the ugly development.
