A spokesman for the former president Goodluck Jonathan, Reno Omokri has said that Okija shrine treatment meted out on Ngige by his former political godfather, Chris Uba, might have affected his (Ngige’s) brain.
Omokri was reacting to statements credited to the minister of labour where he wondered why Nigerians are not clapping for president Buhari for his sterling performance
Omokri who took to twitter to voice his displeasure at the statement attributed to Ngige, said that Okija shrine might have done damage to the minister’s brain.

I hope Okija shrine did not do permanent damage to Chris Ngige’s psyche! How can he ask us to clap for a Buhari under whom Nigeria lost 11 million jobs and became the world headquarters for extreme poverty and whose govt wants us to give land for cattle ranch or die? #RenosDarts

Ngige wants us to clap for @MBuhari. Do we clap for:
* Being the world HQ for extreme poverty?
* For our foreign debt doubling in 3 years?
* For moving 12 places backward in Transparency‘s corruption rating?
* For ‘giving land for cattle ranch is better than death’?#RenosDarts— Reno Omokri (@renoomokri) September 10, 2018
