Bonny fire station belongs to all – Pepple

The Lawmaker representing Bonny Constituency in the Rivers State House of Assembly, Hon Abinye Blessing Pepple has declared that the Bonny Fire Station belongs to Bonny people and is very critical, necessary and strategic for the developmental advancement of the Kingdom and for the survival of lives and properties.

Pepple also said that the Station will be commissioned with personnel and equipment then handed over to the Kingdom for management and sustenance.

Pepple stated this after receiving the official names of qualified, verified and tested personnel that will work at the Bonny Fire Station following the aptitude test conducted for over 250 applicants.

56 applicants out of the 250 were subjected to oral tests and interviews for practical knowledge by Kaygriggs Services Limited.

The successful candidates will be short-listed with their positions and congratulatory text messages will be sent to them while the Fire technicians will be trained further prior to the commencement of work, he said.
