Rohr names starting line for Seychelles tie

Super Eagles coach Gernot Rohr has named his starting XI for today’s 2019 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against Seychelles.

Francis Uzoho, who recently swapped Deportivo La Coruna for Elche will start in goal.

In front of him in defence are Leon Balogun, Chidozie Awaziem, Kenneth Omeruo and Bryan Idowu.

The midfield is made up of Wilfred Ndidi, Onazi Ogenyi and Samuel Kalu.

Odion Ighalo, Ahmed Musa and Kelechi Iheanacho lead attack for Nigeria.

The Eagles need to get their quest to qualify for the tournament back on track, after losing 2-0 to South Africa in their first fixture of the series.

Kick off is 1.30pm.
