Abductors Of Catholic Priest Request N15m Ransom

Kidnappers of the principal of the St. Peter Clavers College in Aghalokpe, Delta State Rev Father Christopher Ogaga have demanded a ransom of N15m.

Ogaga was reportedly nabbed by the gunmen on Saturday while he was on his way to Warri along the Arava//Oviri-Orere-Okpe Road in the Okpe council.

He was heading to the oil city to join his colleagues in the celebration of the Holy Mass on Sunday.

According to a relative of the clergyman, the kidnappers have contacted the family and requested for a ransom of N15 million.

The priest was said to be driving alone when the abductors approached him and took his to a yet-to-be-identified place.

Ogaga’s kidnap has been confirmed by the police who said they are already in search for him.
