Kenyan fishermen use condom for sea protection

Fishermen in Mombasa, Kenya are using condoms to protect themselves while at sea.
This is totally different from the normal use of the rubber as they use it to protect their phones while at sea in order to reach their customers who may want to know when they can come for their daily transactions.
They do this by cleaning off the lubricant from the condom, then putting the phone in the rubber and tying tightly in order to avoid water from penetrating in it.

Also, security for these fishermen in the Indian ocean is not guaranteed but with the new invention, they can easily call rescuers whenever they experience any form of danger.
