Minister of Transportation, Rt. Hon. Chibuike Rotimi Amaechi has promised to construct a new flyover at the popular University of Portharcourt junction, Choba.
The Minister, while on inspection tour of the East-West road, made a stopover at the University of Port Harcourt junction popularly known as Choba junction where he promised that soon, there will be a flyover to ease traffic in the area.
He further directed the project manager of SETRACO construction company to immediately construct a befitting flyover to enable commuters easy movement.
Students and locals expressed joy at the directive given by the minister while hoping that the company will do as directed.
