The newly elected Chairman of the All Progressives Congress, APC, in Rivers State, Mr. Ojukaye Flag-Amachree, has reiterated his readiness to launch frontal attacks against the opposition Peoples Democratic Party in the state.
However, Flag-Amachree said he would achieve such with less talk and much action, given his motto which is“More work, less talk”.
Amachree also said he would initiate peace and reconciliation moves that would bring all aggrieved party members under one roof, a step he noted, is to build party cohesion as the next general elections approach.
Flag-Amachree, who was elected into the office yesterday, May 21st, during the APC State Congress, was addressing the inaugural meeting of the new State Executive Committee, and members of the State Working Committee, at the APC State Secretariat in Port Harcourt, Rivers State.
The inaugural meeting also had in attendance the State Secretary, Mr. Emeka Beke, the State Publicity Secretary, Chris Finebone, and other elected officers.
