Rivers State Government To Float Jobs Portal

Rivers State Government will, within days, roll out the RivJobs portal. RivJobs is project of Rivers State ICT department that aims to coordinate employment within the state

RivJobs, an initiative of the Rivers State Government, is aimed at addressing the challenges of employers finding quality talents to recruit, and job seekers finding it difficult to get notification of job openings within the State.

The Rivjobs portal when unveiled will have features like:

• Registration portal for employers, job seekers and trainers

• The portal will be able to match members’ interests with available…..opportunities

• Online courses and trainings for job seekers and to better equip them for opportunities.

*Recruitment guidelines for employers

The key agenda is to create a robust online portal that connects both employers and talents.
The job portal when launched will help with job solutions by bridging the gap between employers and job seekers.
