Fayose to Buhari: It is time to go back to Daura

Ekiti State Governor, Peter Ayo Fayose, has called on President Muhammadu Buhari to resign honorably or be disgraced out of office.

Governor Fayose made the remark while reacting to the statement made by the former Minister of Defence, Gen. TY Danjuma on twitter.

He said that Gen. Danjuma’s position is not different from what he has said in the past.

Fayose maintained that for Gen. Danjuma to have broken his silence at this time should be enough warning to Muhammadu Buhari that it is time to go back to Daura.

“He should leave honourably or be disgraced out of office” Fayose said.

The governor said that there is complicity from the highest place in the country concerning these killings by herdsmen, saying that he hope they won’t now remember that Gen. Danjuma keeps “looted” billions of dollars in his borehole.
