Joel Obi delighted to be back

After almost four years of absence, Torino FC of Italy midfielder, Joel Obi, returned to the Super Eagles fold.

The skilful player looks to have secured his position in the team in 2014 but injury hampered his progress.

The Former Inter Milan player started in the heart of the Super Eagles midfield against Poland in Wroclaw, before he was substituted for Ogenyi Onazi.

The player revealed his joy on his instagram page on Saturday morning.

“Happy to be back. Proud of playing with the Super Eagles. Great win tonight. #soarSuperEagles #Nigeria #Poland.

He’s expected to be in action again on Tuesday when Nigeria face Serbia.
