Mr. Cole had all of a sudden, began criticizing the policies of the Rivers State government of Nyesom Wike, lending credence to the rumours.

A source said that the Minister of Transportation had been in a state of dilemma as to whom to choose between the trio of Dumo Lulu-Briggs, Tonye Cole and the Director General of NIMASA, Dakuku Peterside before the latest development.
