Gov Wike approves nomination of Social Media influencers as CTC members

Rivers state Governor, Nyesom Wike, has approved the nomination of 15 social media influencers as members of the just constituted CTC.

The Governor on January 2nd, 2018, had promised social media influencers that their good works will be rewarded and that they will be considered for appointments at the CTC level.

He also promised them positions at the upcoming Local Government elections, when he hosted them to a reception at the Government House, Port Harcourt.

And in keeping with that promise, he has approved the following names to be members of the newly constituted Care Taker Committee for their respective L.G.A’s.

The members and L.G.A’s include;

Princess Igochi Akaninwa – Obio Akpor L.G.A

Joshua Obinna Samuel – Omuma L.G.A

Ununuma Bidemi Edward-Odoi – Ahoada West L.G.A

Princewill Emejuru – Etche L.G.A

Soibi Ibibo Jack – Akuku Toru L.G.A

Kabari J. Barivule – Gokana L.G.A

Meshach Jaja – Opobo/Nkoro L.G.A

Chris Omodu – Ikwerre L.G.A

Okazu Powers – Eleme L.G.A

Efcc Chiko – Ahoada West L.G.A

Joy Oyaghiri-Fagbemi – Abua/Odual L.G.A

Horsefall Nimi – Asari Toru L.G.A

Augustina Alex Dan Jumbo – Bonny L.G.A

They are expected to be screened by the State House of Assembly on Tuesday.
