Army removes Usman as spokesman.

Sani Usman, a Brigadier-General, has been replaced as spokesman of the Nigerian Army.

In his stead, Jude Chukwu, also a Brigadier-General, has been appointed with a formal handover ceremony slated for Monday.

Usman is currently attending a senior executive course at the National Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies (NIPSS), Kuru, Jos, while Chukwu is one of the 92 colonels promoted to the rank of Brigadier-General in November 2017.
