We are not recruiting – FRSC

The Federal Road Safety Commission (FRSC) has dissociated itself from an online job advertisement, which it referred to as a scam. Spokesman of the commission, Bisi Kazeem said yesterday in Abuja that desperate job seekers should not fall prey to what he referred to as ‘yahoo Yahoo’, but stated that efforts are being made to ensure more innocent job seekers are not further extorted.Kazeem dismissed as untrue, the rumours that the FRSC is recruiting

“The Corps` attention has been drawn to a number of online sites currently advertising application forms for vacant positions at the Federal Road Safety Commission. This is to inform members of the public that the Corps is not responsible for any of the advertisements, and expressly disclaim all liability for, extortion of any form arising out of use, in reference to or reliance on any information contained in these sites.’’

“The Corps assure that any recruitment exercise will be published in the national dailies and on all FRSC social media platforms.”Some applicants, who would not want their names published, insisted that some staff of the FRSC have been collecting various sums of money for recruitment into the Commission.
