It includes a data engine that helps create AI insights and intelligence at a large scale, a workforce platform that helps teams manage tasks efficiently in real time, and an experience platform that manages every part of the customer’s journey within a telecom company.
Xtelify has started a long-term partnership with Airtel Africa that involves millions of dollars. As part of this, Xtelify will provide its software platforms, including Data Engine, Work, and IQ. Using Xtelify Data Engine and Xtelify Work.
Xtelify IQ will facilitate secure, real-time, omnichannel customer engagement, thereby improving both service quality and customer experience.
