‎Aptech Unveils Programme To Train AI Talent

A new all-in-one artificial intelligence career programme has been launched by Aptech Computer Education Nigeria with the aimed at equipping Nigerian learners with job-ready technology skills, structured internship opportunities and clear pathways to international degrees.

‎Generally known as ADSE AI, the programme combines AI-powered training, hands-on projects and mentorship with opportunities for eligible students to gain industry exposure through a structured, paid internship scheme. It is claimed that the innovation program also offers defined academic progression routes to overseas degree programmes, positioning the initiative as a full classroom-to-career pathway.

‎According to a statement released on Tuesday, the program incorporates AI throughout the educational journey, allowing students to learn, apply, and showcase their skills via real-world projects and portfolio development. The curriculum combines future-oriented content with practical implementation across Aptech centers nationwide.

‎To facilitate academic progression, the company indicated that eligible students can advance to degree programs through collaborations with institutions such as Middlesex University and Bangor University in the UK, Lincoln University College in Malaysia, NCC Education in the UK, and ISM Germany. These pathways enable students to move from advanced diploma levels to internationally recognized qualifications.

‎Aptech clarified that the ADSE AI curriculum is driven by generative AI and emphasizes the application of AI in real workflows, which includes AI-integrated programming, prompt design, model-assisted coding, and responsible AI usage. Students receive training in Python, automation, data pipelines, visualization, and cloud fundamentals utilizing AI-enabled tools that are in line with contemporary industry standards.

‎The program’s comprehensive structure merges technical skills, internship experience, and academic advancement, featuring an outcome-oriented design that encompasses defined modules, capstone projects, and ongoing assessments aligned with entry-level and growth positions. The skills developed are relevant to roles in software development, data operations, cloud support, and digital product execution.

‎Key learning domains include AI-integrated programming, data analytics and visualization, cloud fundamentals, and modern software engineering practices enhanced by AI tools. Students also have the option to select electives such as full-stack development, .NET, Oracle, networking and ethical hacking, AI and machine learning, data science, and the Internet of Things.

‎Internship opportunities, as noted by Aptech, will be provided through partner channels and are contingent upon eligibility, performance, and availability, with a focus on transparency and compliance.
