Health Tips; Men’s Reproductive Health Check

Men have been advised to always go for regular check-ups to ascertain the state of their reproductive health. A life coach and transformational leader, Mr. Menson West, made the call in an interview with journalists in Port Harcourt.

Mr. Menson mentioned ego, culture, and upbringing as the reasons the male folk shy away from going for regular reproductive health checks and called on women to insist that their suitors should go for reproductive check-ups before marriage to avoid issues that might arise.

He enumerated the diseases associated with the men’s reproductive system to include sexually transmitted infections. “Issues as testicular health, we have to look at fertility and sperm health also”, he noted.

Mr. Menson identified diet as one of the causative factors of men’s reproductive diseases.

“Something as simple as smoking can mess with your sperm health.
Most of the things you are dealing with in life are the consequences of your choices.
Another issue is excessive alcohol consumption and obesity; all of these have a way to impact your reproductive health. Don’t forget the lack of exercise. And then the senior brother stressed, Life is stressful. There are environmental factors, exposure to toxins and radiation”, he noted.

He called on men who are between the ages of thirty-five and forty years to prioritize their reproductive health to nip any ailment in the bud.

The life coach expert warned the menfolk of the dangers of keeping multiple sexual partners to avoid sexually transmitted diseases, which could lead to infertility.
