Gunmen strike First Bank in Anambra

Unknown Gunmen on Thursday, April 15, attacked First Bank Plc in Abagana, Anambra state.

The gunmen, who were about ten in number, were said to have arrived in a black Honda Pilot SUV.

It was gathered that they hoisted a Biafran flag at the gate of the bank and set a Nissan Pathfinder SUV ablaze.

They proceeded to smash the windshields of a Honda car parked in front of the bank.

Further investigation showed that the men shot sporadically into the air, dispersing bank customers and passersby.

Cause of event is not yet known as at the time of report.
