E-Crack officers tortured us for six hours, Ikokwu 4 victim tells court

Cross examination of Prosecution witnesses continued on Thursday at a Rivers State High Court sitting in Port Harcourt in the case of the four dismissed Police Officers involved in the killing of an Auto-machanic, Chima Ikwunado and the torture of four of his associates, the Ikokwu four.

Ifeanyi Onyekwere who is one of the Ikoku four told the court that himself and late CHIMA were hanged by operatives of Eagle Crack Unit of Mile one police station, Diobu Port Harcourt from 11am till 5pm on the same day as part of their torture.

Onyekwere said further that the torture they received from the E-crack Officers led to the death of Chima Ikwunado, while insisting that both of them were brutalized and hanged the same time.

Our Correspondent reports that the trail Judge, Justice FLORENCE FIBERESIMA thereafter adjourned till 22nd of January, 11th and 17th February 2021 for continuation.
