The Rivers East senatorial candidate for the 2019 general election, Chief Allwell Onyesoh, has urged the Comrade Adams Oshiomhole -led National Working Committee (NWC) to get down to work immediately and upturn the injustice on party members, reconcile, unite, and reposition the party as there is no break for them.

Chief Allwell Onyesoh also commended APC faithful for a credible and hitch-free national convention in the face of unwarranted provocation, noting that the party had lived up to its name.

He stated this while congratulating the new elected APC NWC that emerged in the just concluded National Convention of the party.

Chief.Onyesoh, in a statement, noted that he is congratulating Comr. Adams Aliyu Oshiomole-led NWC on their election through a free, fair, credible, transparent, and indeed democratic Process as the APC has set an example which other political parties will have to emulate to deepen the nation’s democracy.

He stated that it is his belief that 2019 is a year of continuity for the APC because distraught Nigerians look up to the great party due to its previous experiences in the last 16yrs despite the current prevailing challenges in the country.

He said: “there is a lot of work to be done and party faithful expect members of the new NWC to hit the ground running because they have no luxury of a home, nor a trip to embark on.

” We expect them to start the process of galvanising party faithful to look into the crisis that marred various state congresses especially Rivers State and reposition the APC and mobilise Nigerians towards helping President Muhammadu Buhari to build a Nigeria of our dreams” he added.

Chief Allwell urged party members and Nigerians to support the New APC NWC to deliver on its mandate come 2019.
