2019: If you want to overcome evil, you need a bigger evil – Rivers APC Chairman, Amachree says.

The Chairman of the All Progressives Congress in Rivers State, Hon. Ojukaye Flag Amachree has said that the party will not allow another 4 years of Governor Nyesom Wike’s rule in Rivers State.

Amachree, who was elected chairman of the party during the factional APC congress a week ago, made this known while answering questions during a radio interview on 95.1 Today FM in Port Harcourt on Friday.

He insisted that the APC is not ready to be complainants come 2019, stressing that the party will abide by the rules and regulations as stipulated by INEC but however said that if the opposition wants it rough, the APC will give them double.

Amachre maintained that the APC will sensitize Rivers State electorates, especially those at grass root level, saying that money will not be a determinant in the build-up to the election as the party is not ready to go to court come 2019.

He said: “Wike is a self-acclaimed ‘Mr. Project’. He is only using Local Government funds to resurface street roads. Can he mention one major road he has started and concluded? Rivers money is in Wike’s personal pocket.”

“We have resolved that there won’t be another four years of PDP’s nonsense in Rivers State.”
