Today we will talk about Lemon water as a recipe for weight loss.

Lemon water is simply the juice extract from lemon mixed with water. Lemon water can be taken all day as a delicious, healthy, weight loss treatment.

Lemon is full of nutritious ingredients, especially vitamin C, which is a powerful antioxidant.

In the short term, drinking water with lemon can also reduce bloating. It also contains potassium, which helps to support and maintain a healthy heart.

Drink a cup of lemon juice mixed with warm water first thing in the morning (on an empty stomach) to increase your lemon water weight loss levels.

Make sure you work out and keep fit at least three times a week for a quick result.
