”The Port Harcourt Cricket League ended on a good note as Benvic Cricket Club won the tournament and they’re the defending champions. We give God all the Glory. We also thank the sponsors, PETS Foundation which is being financed by the President of the Nigeria Cricket Federation, Mr. Uyi Akpata. So many talents were discovered especially the under-15 team in Rivers State which form the team Glamorgans to participate in the league. Though they came last but they were so wonderful, now they together as a team and they were able to win one match”.
