During the court process, the first Defendant Kenneth Sylvanus told the court he was guilty and also informed the court that one Chibuzor Amadi is a collaborator in the murder crime but had been granted bail at the police station before the arraignment.

Our correspondent reports that the plea was not taken by the suspects, but the prosecutor, however, told the court that the statement of the first Defendant mentioned the said Chibuzor Amadi as a collaborator in the case and wondered why the police will bail the suspect.

In his ruling, Chief Magistrate I. F IYABO remanded the two suspects and directed the prosecutor to liaise with the Attorney general’s office and produce the third suspects Chibuzor Amadi on the next adjourned date 6 Monday, December 2021.
