Japanese Man Transforms Himself Into a Dog Takes His First Walk In Public

A Japanese man named Toco spent over $14,000 to have a custom-made collie costume created for himself. This costume allowed him to fulfill his desire of experiencing life as an animal.

Toco documented his journey on his YouTube channel, where he has around 33,000 subscribers. He posted videos of himself acting like a dog, playing and interacting with others, including real dogs. In one video, he went out in public for the first time wearing the costume and garnered attention from bystanders who were amazed by his transformation.

Toco shared that he had always dreamt of being an animal since he was a child. He received permission to use the videos, including an interview with a German TV station called RTL.

The costume was crafted over a period of 40 days and cost more than (2 million Yen). The creators, known as Zeppet, specialize in making sculptures for various media and also create costumes for TV shows and popular mascot characters in Japan. Toco’s identity remains undisclosed to the public.
