The University of Port Harcourt has lost one of her lecturers John Otaigbe.
Otaigbe, a professor of industrial chemistry died on Thursday. The cause of his death is not known at press time.
However, his students and colleagues took to social media to mourn him, describing him as an intellectual of exceptional qualities.
The University is yet to issue a statement about the death of the professor.
