If there is one lesson to be learnt from the happenings in the ‘Pepper Dem Gang’ season of the Big Brother Naija reality, it is to not always be too comfortable with certain events in the house, as they can be changed within a twinkle of an eye.
Last week for instance, we kept on being twisted by Biggie’s surprises until it almost unnerved us. Biggie had no pity on both the viewers and housemates as he introduced five (5) new housemates. He didn’t care about how the housemates were going to accept the sudden change of accommodating and relating with five new housemates in the same week.
Neither did he consider the fate of the new housemates in garnering their own fan base one month after the show began. Like I will always say, it is Biggie’s house, his show and he has the final say.
Now, a lot of viewers have gotten used to Monday evening’s nomination by housemates and boom, Biggie decides to twist our necks for the umpteenth time.
Biggie decides to divide the housemates into two groups, the ‘Icons’ and the ‘Cruisetopia’. The Icons are to be identified by a red band while the Cruisetopia team is green band.
By this team grouping, there will no longer be individual nominations for Housemates’ possible eviction. That is in the past now! It is now a battle of the two teams.
There will now be nomination challenges in the house. Any team that wins the challenge automatically puts all the members of the other team up for possible eviction. This is more like putting ones fate in the hands of his/her team members. Scary, isn’t it?
Some housemates who always make it to the nomination list on a weekly couldn’t hide their joy about the new development.
Tacha and Mike were excited about this. Mercy however seems unhappy about this partly because she is in the same group with Seyi whom she had been at logger head with since Saturday.

In Biggie’s house, there are no constancy at all. Be sure to see any twist next week. You never can tell what Biggie is cooking at a particular time. All we’ve got to do is keep our eyes glued to our television screens, with popcorn of course.
