A hatinator or Fascinator is a small hat that is stylishly done to give it a unique fashion statement. Hatinators/Fascinators have different unique designs and are creatively done so as not to have too many ladies wearing exact designs.
These small hats are mostly worn by celebrities both indigenous and foreign although ladies in general love wearing it.
