Suspected Serial killer, Gracious David West, has pleaded NOT GUILTY to a fresh 10-count charge of murder and attempted murder brought against him by the state government.
West who earlier on October 20 pleaded guilty to the murder charges made a reverse decision and pleaded not guilty to fresh charges of murder and attempted murder levelled against him.

He was charged alongside Nimi ThankGod, General manager one of the Hotels where the corpse of one of the victims was found along Bende street in Old Port Harcourt Township.
She pled not guilty to charges.
Recall that Rivers state government through the Attorney-General of the state, Honourable Zacchaeus Adangor, had filed an application before a Rivers State High court requesting the withdrawal of the original charges filed by the Police against the accused serial killer.
The Attorney-General said on Monday that the state will substitute same with fresh charges and proofs of evidence as required by law.
