A goalmouth melee saw Cynosure FC equalize, but Onyedikachi Ugwu, who had come on in the closing stages of the game bullied his way through the defence to blast home the winner.
The Coach of the side, Ngozi Elechi was a proud man following the victory against Cynosure FC.
“I was happy with the reaction of my team after the draw at home last week. I thank them for their efforts today. I am glad about their performance today,” Elechi said.
Also. Coach of Cynosure FC, Festus Allen gave credit to Go Round FC for their impressive performance.
He said Go Round win was a well-deserved victory for Go Round and assured that his side will bounce back to reckoning in their forthcoming matches.
“It was well contested and lack of concentration was responsible for the goals we conceded. We are just debutants in the league and Go Round FC showed their experience,” Allen said.
