The UN Security Council on Saturday unanimously approved a resolution calling for a 30-day ceasefire to the deadly conflicts in Syria.

The vote comes a week after the deadly bombardments of Eastern Ghouta enclave by the Syrian regime. It has reportedly left over 500 people killed since last Saturday, according to monitoring groups
