In a way of creating a relationship between Federal agencies and State Government for the efficient delivery of good governance within the people and beyond, The Commissioner, Public Complaints Commission, Marshall Israel, paid a visit to the General Manager Of Rivers State Broadcasting Corporation, Sampson Fiberesima, in his office in Port Harcourt.
The Commissioner who introduced his team called for responsive collaboration and partnership between PCC and the Media Community in Rivers State.
“The traditional way of conflict resolution is gradually fading away. People are beginning to embrace alternative resolution through good governance to Rivers People and indeed Nigerians at large.
“To take advantage of these services from PCC, the members of the public must be aware of the agency and that’s where the media comes in. Our services are practically free to the commission” the commissioner Said.
In the same vein, the GM of Rivers State Broadcasting Corporation thanked The PCC Commissioner for the visit and assured him of his support and commitment.
“You are a young man like me and I am happy you are from Rivers State. We will support you to succeed. Always send us your activities including jingles and we will air them free of charge. Subsequently, I will be inviting you for an hour call-in program to enlighten the public more on the activities of PCC” the GM said.
