Kidnapping: Emohua Local Government restricts the activities of motorcycle operators

The Chairman of Emohua Local Government Area Dr. Chidi Lloyd has restricted the movement of motorcycle operators in the council.

This follows the kidnap of the Chief Protocol Officer to the former Chief of Staff Government House, Justice Azundah in his hometown, isiodu in Emohua
Local Government Area.

The Emohua Council Chairman while speaking to newsmen said motorcycle operations will only operate from 6:00pm to 6:00am daily in Emohua until further notice.

The Chairman Emohua Local Government Council Dr CHIDI LLOYD further assured that the council is collaborating with security agents to ensure the release of Justice Azundah

”We’re not resting on our oars, the vigilante is combing the forest, the military and the Police are also on their trail. We’ve also told them what the consequences will be if they do not release Justice Azundah. We will not be cowed, and we will do our best to continue to change the narrative of the local government”.

”We will also not be distracted. I am sure that if the criminals know that I cannot be distracted. We will do our best within the law to ensure that the kidnapped victim is released unhurt. We will provide all the needed intelligence for the security agencies to beef up the security architecture in Emohua Local Government Area” he said.

In the meantime, the Chairman of Emohua Local Government Area, Dr. Chidi Lloyd has reviewed the bounty placed on one Mr Nwodi Onuigwe, otherwise known as Nwodi to Two Million Naira.

The council chairman said anyone with reliable information that could lead to the arrest of the wanted Nwodi Onuigwe and his criminal gang will be rewarded with the sum of N2,000,000 by his administration.

Dr. Chidi Lloyd had initially placed a one million naira bounty on the wanted criminal gang leader, but in furtherance to his commitment to the security of lives and properties across Emohua Local Government Area, Dr. Lloyd has increased the amount prize to N2,000,000.

Nwodi Onuigwe and his criminal gang are wanted for killings, kidnappings, armed robbery cases, and cult activities in parts of the Emohua Local Government Area.
