Family Raises Alarm After 22-Year-Old Man Abducted by Men in Police uniform

The family of Ibrahim Isah, resident of 29 Obuagu street, Mile 3 Diobu, Port Harcourt, has raised alarm over his whereabout, more than twenty- hours after he was abducted by men on Police uniform at Wobu street/Ikwerre Road Mile 3 Diobu, Port Harcourt on Monday 3 June, 2024.

 

in an interview with Ramat Isah, younger sister to Ibrahim Isah , said someone came to inform them of her brother abduction by men in police uniform.

 

“Yesterday we were surprised, at about 3pm somebody came to give us information that he was at Ikwerre road/Wobu street Mile 3 Diobu, and saw when people on Police unform forced my brother inside a car.

 

“So since that yesterday, we have being trying his number, its switched off till this moment.We have not heard anything of his whereabout.

 

“So we are begging the Commissioner of Police to radio people let us know what is the issue.We have gone to Octopus Strike Force (C4i) we have gone to UST (Mile 3 Police station) they said nobody like that with them”.

 

The Rivers State Police Command Spokesperson, SP Grace Iringe Koko, when contacted said she will find out, but she was yet to do so as at press time.
