Rivers State born artist “the fisherman”, ” show me how to fish, don’t give me the fish” popularly called Bukwild celebrated his birthday with orphans at the Lifetime Caring international foundation, an orphanage home in Port Harcourt. The event took place on Saturday the 21st of July and was well attended by the artist’s friends, family and well-wishers.
The event was also honoured by another PH-based artist Benjeezy who also performed to thrill the orphans and very many others.
While speaking to ThePortCitynews.com reporter, Lorine Emenike, Bukwild said he loves celebrating his birthdays with children at the orphanage instead of the clubs.
He stated that this year he decided to add more spice to it by performing live and inviting his good friend Mr Benjeezy to also perform to give the kids a memorable time.
Bukwild said he would love having the kids from the orphanage perform with him even in his concerts.
The ace musician promised to donate sixty–three (63) school bags to the children.
Mr Fisherman also told theportcitynews.com of his new single, “One Bottle” that dropped yesterday the 20th of July. He said the video of the music will drop on the first week of August this year. He also told theportcitynews.com that his EP will be dropping this year while a concert will be held before the end of this year.
Meanwhile, an orphan at the orphanage, little miss Nkechiyere James, expressed her joy in having the Rivers State fisherman aka Bukwild celebrate his birthday with them at the orphanage this year.
Little miss Nkechiyere said she wish him long life and wish that by next year when he comes to celebrate his birthday with them, that he will be coming with his wife and kid.
