Igbu-Akoh youth calls for Investigation of some Ekpeye stakeholders in the murder of Late SP Bako

The Igbu-Akoh Youth Congress Ahoada East local government area has called for an investigation of some politicians, traditional rulers, Youth in Ekpeye ethnic Nationality over the killing of Divisional Police Officer DPO of Ahoada East Police Division, SP Bako Angbashim.

The Public Relations Officer of Igbu-Akoh Youth, Ekeakita Hector Chinem, condemned the killing while commending Governor Siminalayi Fubara for the steps taken so far in the killing of SP Bako.

Comrade Chinem alleged that some of the elites in Ekpeye are working with the gang group that killed SP Bako and called on the Governor and other relevant security agencies to extend their investigation to stakeholders in the area.

Comrade Chinem said the Igbu-Akoh Youth Congress is committed to synergizing with the Police and relevant security agencies to apprehend the killers of the late SP Bako whom he said his assumption of office as DPO of Ahoada East Police Division drastically reduced insecurity in the area.

The Igbu-Akoh Youth Public Relations Officer consoled with the immediate family of SP Bako and prayed God give Rivers State Police Command and Nigeria Police the fortitude to bear the loss.
