A young man identified as Chukwudi Chukwu has been declared wanted by the police for allegedly killing his mother and severing her head.
Chukwudi, who hails from Umunakpi village in Egwu Achi community in Enugu state is said to have perpetrated the act on Sunday, March 21st at their hometown.
The police exhumed the body of the dead woman which was reportedly buried by the accused in a shallow grave within the compound.
The young man is reported to have fled the village after the act and has since not been seen.
Reasons for his action is still unknown.
