Super Eagles move two steps up in FIFA ranking

Nigeria’s Super Eagles have moved 2 steps up to 29th position globally but maintain their number 3 position in Africa on the latest FIFA ranking released on Thursday.

There were no significant movements in the Africa ranking as Senegal maintained the number one position, Tunisia’s Carthage Eagles are second while Algeria and Morocco complete the top five.

Similarly, the global ranking also remained unchanged with Belgium, France, Brazil, and England in the top 4 in that order while Portugal moved 2 steps up to the fifth position.
