Rivers State on Sunday recorded 16 new cases of coronavirus, bringing the total infections to 51.
The Nigerian Centre for Disease Control announced 338 new cases with Kano returning to its second position after being absent for a few days.
Rivers now has 27 active case, 21 discharges and 3 deaths.
