Port Harcourt Port Terminals spacious enough to carry 7,000 containers daily

The management of the Port Terminal Operators Limited PTOL, Rivers Port Complex, has agreed to partner with the leadership of the Energy and Maritime Reporters, Rivers state Chapter to enhance the growth of the industry and the Association

The management led by its Managing Director, Danrick Moss and its top management staff stated this when members of EMR led by it Chairman, Martins Giadom paid him a visit in his office on Tuesday in the state capital.
Represented by the General Manager, PTOL, Efaita Ephraim, Moss said PTOL was concession by the Nigerian Ports Authority NPA as a multi purpose terminal to handle all types of cargos ranging from bulk cargo, general and wheels cargos in the Port.

PTOl, he said had four berths as its occupies berth 1, 2, 3 and 4 with difference in its water depths in Rivers port complex.

According to Moss, PTOL has the a terminal yard space capacity to store over 7,000 containers in its yard.
PTOL, Danrick Moss said is anticipating of huge volume of cargos as they are making efforts for space expansion.
He told the visitors that their vessels are designed for all types of cargos even as he insisted that PTOL charges a lowest tariff in the region.
” PTOL is the only multi purpose terminal in Port Harcourt as we remain to be the best terminal operator’s in the country” Moss said.
The management promised to support the body in its activities such as manpower trainings, and also participate in its seminars, conferences talk shows
