Houses Burnt As Army Repels Boko Haram Attack In Adamawa

The Member representing Madagali constituency in Adamawa House of Assembly, Hon Emmanuel Tsamdu revealed to our reporters that the Nigerian Army has repelled the Boko Haram insurgents attacks on Shuwa and Kirchinga communities of Madagali Local Government Area of Adamawa State.

According to him, he received a confirmation that the Boko Haram killed about two people, burnt down houses of Kirchinga communities on their way back to Sambisa forest as at yesterday evening.

He accounts that the insurgents came through Kirchinga, a village sharing borders with Sambisa forest, a place believed to be their hideout for a long period of time.

He called on all the security agencies, local vigilante and the entire people of Madagali to be on alert, keep vigil as the use to be in order to bring a total end of the incessant attacks by the insurgents.

“We are being relaxed, the government, the security agencies, our local hunters, and vigilante have to wake up.” Tsamdu Said
