Looking for where to hang out or party? check out this Eco lounge review

Eco lounge is a hangout/party spot located at 20 Circular Road,Opposite Mopol 19, Port Harcourt. It started its operations about a month ago and has already pulled a large number of Port Harcourt residents/visitors to its very attractive lounge.

The lounge has two entrances, the main entrance is where the customers come in while the second entrance is strictly for the staff particularly when food items are brought in.

There are uniformed security men outside the main entrance, while the bouncers stand at strategic positions inside the building.

Through the main entrance, as one walks in, one is first greeted with the delicious aroma of smoked chicken, suya, fish and asun from the food court. The food court also dishes out local and intercontinental foods for their customers depending on their preferences.

After the food court, there is the pavilion also known as the battle ground because of its wrestling ring look. It is where the customers sit out to have drinks or food while the DJ plays cool music.

There is also a snooker bar where customers play snooker with friends or colleagues.

Directly opposite the snooker bar is the Green zone. The Green zone is a quiet garden where customers who want privacy chill out with friends or partners to have cool conversation.

The upper floor of the snooker bar is the Wine and Spirit lounge. The Wine and Spirit lounge is strictly for wines and spirits. Drinks like beer and others are not allowed in this lounge. The lounge can also be used for private parties, meetings and dinners.

The lounge has a central convenience area where there is a male and female sections. The convenience are clean and are fully air conditioned with a general lobby where ladies who have come to club or to hang out, go to check their makeovers. Beside the convenience area, is the main club.

The main clubbing area is very spacious, fully air-conditioned, good audio system with expensive lighting equipment that gives it a groovy look.

There are cushioned chairs at the far ends of the club where the customers get to sit down when they are tired of partying. In the VIP section, only certain drinks are allowed and prices of drinks are same and not higher in the VIP section. The Lounge has a theme for each day. Wednesdays are ladies night out, Thursdays are for karaoke,Fridays are called Glow Friday,There is the Trybe Saturday while Sundays are for live performances. The lounge has also hosted top artistes like Timaya and others.

In a general review, Eco lounge has a good security system (installed CCTV cameras), clean environment, affordable foods and drinks, good location, free wifi, fully air-conditioned, serene and lovely environment and good music.

The only area Eco lounge could be faulted is that it has no car park. Cars are parked along the roads.
