Number of people who tuned in to watch Royal Wedding revealed.

It has been reported that almost 18 million Britons tuned in to watch e and exchange vows in a stunning ceremony yesterday.

Furthermore, it is believed that more than two billion people worldwide watched the event, making it the fourth most watched royal wedding ever.

The royal wedding, was unsurprisingly one of the biggest television events of the year, with viewers also taking to social media to comment on the nuptials.

The ’s coverage of the wedding was fronted by Huw Edwards, Kirsty Young and Dermot O’Leary.

They were assisted with their coverage by Alex Jones, Anita Rani and Ore Oduba.

It has been revealed that the broadcaster attracted a peak audience of 13.1 million during the ceremony.
